This site gives an outline of the history of the business and the services we now provide, case studies showing recent projects, and news about developments in the practice and in our industry.
Founded in 1986 by Euan Crowther, our practice has grown steadily into a team of specialist building surveyors now headed by his son, Patrick. Our surveyors specialise in advice to property owners, landlords/tenants of commercial property, developers and others involved in property and construction. Collectively, we have years of experience, much of it with larger companies, although we try to stay true to the roots of the practice by giving client-focused advice without losing the personal touch. We are able to maintain our high standards by ensuring a senior member of staff is responsible for each instruction.
With over 20 years of continuous trading behind us, we have strong links to an established network of consultants including engineers, quantity surveyors, asbestos surveyors, fire safety advisors and interior designers. We also maintain a detailed contractor database in order to help find the right team for your project.
